Finnish electricity company Lumo Energia is reshaping its invoice management by adopting Ropo’s single-provider model in both Finland and Sweden. The goal is a more cohesive invoicing and receivables management system which also enables real-time monitoring.
In Lumo Energia’s revamped invoicing system, the entire lifecycle of each invoice is managed by a single partner organisation. The service package provided by Ropo includes invoice delivery, automated payment control, reminders and debt collection, and customer service for payment-related issues. Also of prime importance are the financial management reports included in the service.
“The complete solution offered by Ropo effectively automates invoicing and receivables management, forming a seamless process that boosts our efficiency. From here on, Ropo will be partnering with us in both countries, which will also harmonise our business practices,” explains Lumo Energia CEO Otto Savasti.
