Frequently asked questions about payment arrangements for electricity invoices
The most popular times for handling payment matters are on weekdays during lunch breaks (between 10-12) and in the afternoon at the end of office hours (between 15:30-16:30). If possible, we recommend contacting us outside of these hours or using the Ropo Online service, where payment matters are always handled the fastest.
Ropo Online service allows you to check the status of your invoice and pay the invoice, postpone the due date, make a payment plan and chat with our Customer Service. You can also submit your bank account number for the reimbursement of an overpayment or authorise someone else to manage your invoices.
