Optical fibre company Valoo to cooperate with Ropo
Fibre optic company Valoo is streamlining its invoicing processes with Ropo Capital’s invoice lifecycle service. The customised end-to-end solution covers the entire invoice lifecycle, from invoice transmission to receivables management, and includes an automated reminder and collection service that allows late payment reminders to be handled in a systematic and customer-centric way. Ropo is also responsible for customer service and payment consulting related to payment of invoices.
The cooperation agreement was signed in November 2022, with full billing management transferred to Ropo in April 2023.
Launched in autumn 2021, Valoo is building high-speed full-fibre connections in Finland using next-generation fibre-optic technology and aims to become the leading player in its field in Finland. The strongly growing company will make significant investments over the next few years by building fibre-based internet access for hundreds of thousands of Finnish homes.
Ropo’s invoice lifecycle service is easily adaptable to companies of all sizes and therefore supports Valoo’s growth objectives.
