Posti Messaging Scandinavia merges with the Ropo Capital brand
As of May 2021, Posti Messaging Scandinavia is sharing the Ropo Capital brand in Sweden and Norway. In the future, the Ropo Capital Group will be operating under the same brand throughout the Nordics.
Ropo Capital acquired Posti Messaging AB and Posti Messaging AS (jointly “Posti Messaging Scandinavia”) in October 2020. With the acquisition, Ropo Capital entered the Norwegian market and further strengthened its offering in Sweden. Now the company is taking the next steps in combining the Posti Messaging service offering and brand with Ropo Capital in order to serve customers even more effectively with a full invoice lifecycle that is broader-ranging but still entirely cohesive.
By merging under one brand, the rapidly growing Ropo Capital is supporting its market penetration strategy and integrating Posti Messaging’s multichannel delivery and corporate messaging solutions into its service offering. With this change, Ropo Capital will be providing an entire invoice lifecycle service – from multichannel delivery and corporate messaging to receivables management – on one platform, known as Ropo 24.
