Ropo Capital completes acquisition of Norwegian company BAHS Kapital AS

Ropo Capital has completed the acquisition of the entire share capital of BAHS Kapital AS, as announced on 10 March 2020. With the acquisition, BAHS Kapital has become part of the Ropo Capital Group. 

In acquiring the company, Ropo Capital continues its growth in the Nordic countries and speeds up the launch of its automation-based invoice lifecycle service in the Norwegian market. The goal of the company is to become the Nordic market leader.

With the acquisition BAHS Kapital CEO Tove Giske has been appointed as the Managing Director for Ropo Capital in Norway. Giske’s responsibilities will include leading the growth and developing the operations in the Norwegian market.
